Quality Assurance
Though no phone case is entirely indestructible, ours are crafted to endure daily wear, maintaining vibrant, clear prints that resist fading and peeling. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, Double-Layer and 3rd-Gen Crystal cases come with a 12-month warranty, while Industry-Level cases are backed by a 6-month guarantee.
Warranty Terms
This warranty applies exclusively to original, purchased phone cases. Replacement cases provided under this warranty are not eligible for further replacements.
Warranty claims are not accepted for phone cases that have been previously refunded for any reason.
Please examine your phone case upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
For warranty claims, you must submit at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly displaying the defect. If the claim is approved, we will replace the phone case with the same model and style.
If an identical replacement is unavailable, FunkCase may, at its discretion, provide an alternative phone case or solution. Refunds are not offered.
For gifted phone cases, claims must be verified using the original order number or the purchaser’s details in our system.
Promotional phone cases (e.g., those provided for reviews or videos) and complimentary phone cases (e.g., sent as a goodwill gesture by our Customer Support team) are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty applies to defects in manufacturing and craftsmanship. It does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation or application
- Accidental drops or impacts
- Intentional alterations or third-party repairs
- Products not purchased from FunkCase or our authorized resellers
- External factors such as loss, heat, fire, water, or other liquids
- Damage from improper storage, animals, or environmental conditions
- Cosmetic changes due to normal wear, such as scratches or color fading
Care Instructions for Phone Cases
To remove your phone case, carefully lift one corner or side from the bottom and gently slide it off to help prolong its lifespan.
When using alcohol-based hand sanitizer, ensure your hands are fully dry before touching the phone case to avoid potential damage.
